The problem
The result sheet gets filed and forgotten.
It arrives as a PDF, a printout, or a photo in a chat. By the next visit nobody remembers what the last one said — so nobody compares. And in chronic care the number itself matters less than the direction it is moving.
How it works

Snap it or upload it
A photo of the printout, or the lab’s PDF straight from your inbox. On the phone the scanner finds the edges of the page and crops it for you, and a report that runs over several pages goes in as one. That is the entire input.

The values fill themselves in
AI reads the document, Polish or English, and our own checks go over its work: each test is matched to a known parameter, lines that are not results are dropped, and anything doubtful is marked for you. Nothing is saved until you have looked.

Watch the trend
Every visit stacks onto one chart, units normalised between labs, the reference range shaded behind the line. Each value shows how far it has moved since last time, anything out of range is flagged at once, and the chart exports as a PDF for your vet.
