Delete from the app (fastest)
- Open CreatureHealth and go to Profile.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
- You are signed out on all your devices, and your account enters a 30-day grace period — sign back in any time before then to cancel.
- After 30 days the deletion is carried out and cannot be reversed.
What's removed vs. kept
Permanently deleted
- Your name & email
- Login access (sign-in account)
- Every uploaded file: lab PDFs and photos, animal photos, vet-visit scans, diet plans
- Your animals' names, microchip IDs and notes
- Lab values, laboratory name and file names
- Free text and text read from your documents: vet and clinic name, visit reason, symptom descriptions, diet notes, a recipe's name and numbering, each recipe item's name and note
Kept — de-identified
- About the animal: species and breed, sex and neuter status, age and date of birth, the chronic conditions you marked, weights and the healthy weight range, body condition scores
- About its records: dates, result and event types, a result's overall status (normal, attention or abnormal — the values themselves are erased), structured symptom choices and severity, medication names, doses and schedules with the doses marked as given, diet type with the commercial foods and portions entered and, from a home-prepared diet's recipes, the values without the words (the date written, the body weight and energy it was calculated for, batch size, portions, each item's kind and amount — not its name)
- About the account: the plan it was on and the dates it used an AI read
- Nothing in it points back to you or your animal — no name, no contact details, no files, no notes or descriptions
- In this anonymized form it may be used to improve the app and shared with third parties — see the Privacy Policy

Can't access the app?
If you've uninstalled the app or can't sign in, request deletion by email from the address on your account. We verify ownership before anything is deleted.
