Delete from the app (fastest)
- Open CreatureHealth and go to Profile.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
- You are signed out on all your devices, and your account enters a 30-day grace period — sign back in any time before then to cancel.
- After 30 days the deletion is carried out and cannot be reversed.
What's removed vs. kept
Permanently deleted
- Your name & email
- Login access (sign-in account)
- Every uploaded file: lab PDFs and photos, animal photos, vet-visit scans, diet plans
- Your animals' names, microchip IDs and notes
- Lab values, laboratory name and file names
- Free text and text read from your documents: vet and clinic name, visit reason, symptom descriptions, diet notes
Kept — de-identified
- Species and breed, dates, result and event types, structured symptom choices and severity, medication regimens, weights, diet type
- Nothing in it points back to you or your animal — no name, no contact details, no files, no free text
- In this anonymized form it may be used to improve the app and shared with third parties — see the Privacy Policy
- Don't want this kept either? Email us BEFORE you delete your account.
Can't access the app?
If you've uninstalled the app or can't sign in, request deletion by email from the address on your account. We verify ownership before anything is deleted.
